This crackme is much more difficult than the previous one but if I can do
it so can you.
Playing around a bit entering code and stuff I noticed that if i don't
enter a code - I got the message "Sorry, the code is invalid !" and
a different error message "Sorry, the Unlock-code is invalid !" if I enter
something in the code field.
Looking at the html source of the crackme we see that the button "Check
It" calls the function - bdkklt().
Here is the part of the function that we are interested in:
if (yesh==1){
kltOk();}
else{
alert("Sorry, the code is invalid !")
"Sorry, the code is invalid !" this is the message if enter nothing.
The other part of the if statement calls the function kltOk() and its
error message is "Sory, the Unlock-code is invalid !".
Yeah right,so what bdkklt() does is to check if we entered sometning
in the code field.With no further looking at this function we go to the
next one kltOk().
As Snake says The Unlock-code is based no the Code we use,so lets choose a
simple code:"abc".
This now ia the difficult part of the crackme as it is based on three
functions and the first and the third one are not hard at all as you saw
for the first one and take my word for the last one.
if (stU.length != tmis.length){
alert("Sory, the Unlock-code is invalid !");}
else{
chckUN();
}
We gotta make sure that stU.length - which is the Unlock-code is equal to
tmis.length.
stC="abc"; sach=0 for (i=0;iAnd we get the value of sach. The while loop evaluates tmis based on sach and sX.I ain't gonna give too much details cos im tired of typing mostly,whatever.And after that if the length of tmis(which is based on the length of the code) is equal to the length of the Unlock-code we pass to the next function. for (i=tmis.length;i>=0;i--){ final_code=final_code + (tmis.charAt(i)); }What it does is that it turns tmis backwards and that is the Unlock-code. That's it.I really didn't get into too much details,but after playng around an hour or two and you will grasp the idea as it took me much more on my own.
