What started as a small system that allows the managers from the offices in UK and France to overview the performance of the bulgarian staff, in time turned out to be a sophisticated planning system.
Every company needs a method of planning in its route towards efficiency. Daily Mail, as its name shows, started as a very simple system to keep track of the work that the employees have done during the day in order to use this information for statistics and planning. In time and version after vesion the system grew up to a full ERP system.
